The Company doesnt have the excess fund to initiate share buyback. They might call for another right issue to raise funds for new vessel. There is always possibilities.

Entered one month ago at 5.5. Decided to eliminate counters with unhealthy debt to equity ratio from my portoflio. As so, I exited today with18% loss. I wish all the best to those still holding or planning to hold Hubline.

Check out the Section 29B announcement dated 19 Aug 2013 and then ........

Check out the Annual Report 2013 in respect the 30 largest shareholders as at 6 Feb 2014 ........

It would appear that some major shareholder had not filed any Section 29B & 29C announcement(s) to Bursa despite having disposed 300 million shares ......... possibly to the open market ........

If they keep bringing down the price....
And press it to 0.04 vs 0.045 for a long long time....
Then prepare they go for privatize....
At a price of 0.05.....
Is that possible ? No one can complain ? Since the price is higher than market price...

Anyone have any ideas this could possibly happen?

I also very agree with spider, how can major shareholder throw like that.. last time director throw to major shareholder.. now from shareholder throw to tong sampah alr.....Maybe that report can find in kawasan pelupusan sampah..

Yaya, just scare that this people can suddenly transfer to one account from a few hundred accounts .. and then just declare privatize.. That is one of the possibility.

Yaya, i remember alr.. previously the director come out in newspaper and promise got good future. and some projects...

Then all people believe him and queue to buy... And now the major shareholder quietly throw away...

So the good promise is avoid the price from dropping too much when the major shareholder is throwing...

candlewick, don't ever jump into shipping liner stocks. all shipping line is making losses. Except MISC which you can invest. Others is big no no.
