it's not about making the price up for day traders to profit. It s about the company SBB back at low price and use this treasury shares as dividends in future instead of using cash. Why spent money to push up the share price if the sentiment is negative? Push up when sentiment is positive just like those palm oil and o&g now.
Top Glove now only the boss can profit by buying low for himself. If company buys, it s for the shareholders. If boss buy, it s only for himself alone.
