I mean if company starts making losses and continue so for many quarters in future, sure cashflow is broken. If worst case have to liquadate assets, then share price is very overvalued at 2.03 over 0.86 net assets only. Am I correct?

Why cash fallen so much? Where has all cash gone to?

Net assets is worth only 0.86 per share. Now share price is around 2.03 range. Is that not expensive? What if company starts making losses next few quarters?

and they still have long term borrowings.... they should have used the opportunity to clear all debts, then use the money to modernize their factories, and use some to expand vertically.... but no, sharesbuyback and divedends are the priority because someone wants to be the biggest company in Malaysia.

Tan Sri working so hard also want to take care shareholders also leh. Not many companies doing what Tan Sri is doing sharing 70% of the profit as dividend leh. Expanding is to fight the competition from other gloves makers leh. You dont expand and the competitors expanding very soon they will swallow all the market shares leh. Tan Sri see the furure is like this so need to prepare Taikor for the worst scenerio to have a price war in the future. Only with higher volume production can lower down Taikor cost and fight the competitors leh. Thats how Taikor want to aurvive and stand atvthe top leh. Msia big 4 gloves makers only left Taikor and Harta will most likely with the capacity to remain at top as other countries also expanded rapidly like Thai Sri Trang and China Intco and Blue Sail most likely overtake Supermax and Kossan capacity leh. Correct?

Well luckily TG is still profitable. As the pandemic ends, it dividends will shrink and going back to normal, like it has done many times in the past 20 years. But each outbreaks injects massive amount of money into the company, allowing it to expend. By 2025, TG aims to increase its production capacity to 201bn gloves, which is nearly 300% from its pre-pandemic days. TG has already increased its production capacity from 68bn gloves to 100bn gloves per year.

It is how much money the company generate and how much money dividends it is paying.

Public Bank has a NTA of RM2.421 and is trading at RM4.01

LCTITAN has a NTA of RM5.70 and is trading at RM2.25, when as low as 97.5sen

Tenaga has an NTA of RM9.639 and is trading at RM9.20

Maybank has an NTA of RM7.174 and is trading at RM8.11

Anyway... if you don't feel comfortable investing in TG, don't. There are a lot of other companies you can invest in.

Just remember, even though the glove bull run is over and has reverted to pre-pandemic prices, the covid pandemic continues. Take care of yourself.
