what is the qr doc? circular? the mandate to do share buy back? if mandate, normally just prepare it so that they can do it when they need... however, do u think pworth is solvent to do share buy back now? given current situation, i dont know but i dont think the directors dare to sign solvency statement which pworth is solvent to do share buy back... they made 18m loss, they have few millions in account only, fmu5 still stop... the outlook like that where they can get money to prove they r solvent?
anyway, haLIE said share buy back not good... directors buy back baru good... just wait end of the mth see their fmu5 ada news or not lo... anyway, it is good to u also coz the price goes up a bit d mah... but u maybe in dilemma now whether want to cut loss or not la right?
