there is total 4,610,754,392 PA issued.

conversion ratio is 13:1
meaning use 13 PA to get 1 Ages ?

conversion/exercise price is 0.13
meaning if pa is at price of 0.01
so i need to use up 13 share of pa and no need add any ringgit value and direct get 1 share of ages?

or i need to use 13pa share and top up RM0.13 to get 1 unit of ages?

i am confuse.

but i think is no need to top up money if 13x 0.01 is equal or more than 0.13

anytime got idea?

4,610,754,392/13 = 354,673,444

means addition 354.67Mil ages share will be there to dilute the existing holder.

current ages share is 582.11Mil

additional from PA conversion will make up total become 936.78 Mil

it is additional 61% share

Net margin let say only 5%
Net profit will be 90Mil

with 937Mil share

EPS will be almost 0.10 yearly

apply forward PE 10x will be 1.00
with current share price with dilution of pa count in, forward PE is less than 2

but market will only give the PE once the real money come into picture

like MFCB only up around 6 months to get the power generator income
JAKS also will only up when the power station near it completion.
AGES sand to China expected deliver by Q3 2020, maybe year end only got move?

I am perplex why everyone is questioning the authenticity of the contract and the business model. Are you all auditors or SC?

I'm pretty sure the company didn't make it this far as to signing a contract if they didn't get the license to do so. They would rather do this as a private company and real the benefits themselves.

The management won a pretty darn good deal and yet shareholder is in misbelief. Goodness gracious me XD. I hope you guys do the same for more shabby companies in the market cause I do see vultures speculating on PN17 companies without a single doubt hahaha..

This is a misleading contract worth of RM 27.5 Billion. when converting into real cost which is 1 ton of sand costs RM 6.67.

TOO CHEAP....CAN'T MAKE MONEY FURTHER MORE 15 YEARS CONTRACT EXCLUDING INFLATION.


Dont get cheated by this contract...bull shit.....if we were to excavate 2m depth of earth, Ages needs to find around 11,000 football fields to china.....do you think is possible?
