Used PA for convert = 1,794,000,000 PA (~39%)

Ageson said Foo ceased to be a substantial shareholder after he sold 22.96 million shares representing a 3.94% stake in the company on May 4. Foo no longer holds any shares in Ageson.

According to Bloomberg data, the two largest shareholders of Ageson are Chin Kok Foong (16.23%) and Datuk Larry Liew Kok Leong (12.09%), both of whom had increased their stakes substantially via an off-market trade back in July last year.

Till date there is no dispute over the authenticity of the RM27Bil contract. I've seen the PO at Mid Valley, anyone else care to share the same?

Sand mining biz is very profitable. They only need a barge to move along the river till river mouth and transfer to mother vessel. Their cost is very low except loyalty only..

Assume that I'm not a corporate finance person.

So you're saying he paid a premium for his shares.

Let's say he bought in RM0.25 per share which is 78% premium to the average price last year(2019-----RM0.14 per share)

But if everyone perceived this PO as a sweet deal which would be worth at least RM3-RM5 per share, wouldn't he be interested to keep his shares?

AGES is a reverse takeover from existing shareholders. It is why Foo disposed of his own founded company after the deal. It is nothing wrong if u understand the corporate finance deal knowledge. When u realized u paid the premium of the share price
