Assuming 2.6b sharesX RM3 a share = RM7.8b = 1.69b Euro, any European entity that wanted to revalue/buying KNM today which owned BORSIG and the others units, is not expensive.
Meaning, if the German wanted to take back their pride, by controlling KNM via the open market, quickly start to buy from RM0.40 onward, later dismantle BORSIG for themselves, and still controlling other overseas units, is very cheap the venture.
Sardin, i knew Volvo being controlled, Proton being controlled but I was surprised that a Malaysian company had controlled BORSIG already. Beside the engineering knowhow, The brand itself can worth plenty of money, like Coca-cola, come along with the intrinsic value and goodwill in the Balance Sheet.

@sardin81 My apologies for my curiosity. I personally find that your comments are truly insightful and reliable. You are really a great teacher in investing. I appreciate your kindness and wish you all the best in everything you do!
Ha ha now comments look better, buy if you confidence , stay away if not don't make nonsense comment. Go research your self is much better then condemn here.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
