Because they want to control the company. Unlike Barakah, KNM shareholders has financial resources and strong holding power.

Here you will not have issues of force selling from the IB..

both General Lee & Madam has bought 57M shares.. avg price of RM0.385 = ~ RM 22 Mil spent on buying back shares...

but there is always a risk... they might sell when price go higher (who knows right?), retail investors might suffer when price drop... and get stuck... happened to me before on KNM... many years ago... i made huge profit, and suffered huge losses.
few months back managed to buy a little at low price... hopefully this can sustain (thumbs up)

Don't take in twice, one reported as the substantial shareholder and the same quantity as the Director. Anyway when the Directors or ED or CEO buying, is a positive.
