I think KNM EPS will hit 14 sens easily for the FY2012. PE ratio also below 5. I believe it is a good one also but it never give dividend for years.

Good earnings and low earnings multiples may not necessarily translate to higher TPs. The stock may trade at vast discounts to industry average for various reasons....mgt, gearing, etc, etc. Wondering why KNM was down since May 2008. They were rebounds but still ended in a slide. What has gone wrong with the company? Management has to regain investor confidence and prove that they are on the right track again, especially foreign funds.

KNM was in the expansion mode in the early days...acquisition trails...cash calls, share issuance and increased borrowings. This pushed up its net debt/equity to 0.8x. I believe, over time, KNM will be back on investors' radar again.

Buying KNM is much like having an affair . It was exciting while you are at it . ultimately brings you much financial losses . but all already know that .
If i had not bought into this-- exciting-- stock , my profit from stock market trading would have been 30% higher .
