++ bowman May go back to 0.30 and then rush ahead. those who bought at 0.28 yet to unload. Methinks they will Tuesday when market opens. Who doesnt want an 8sen profit in pocket first?
Robotop, 0.30 is a good waiting place. I am too. If the Fabionacci is right, it will even touch 0.29 which is the 61.8% mark. One sen difference is not much, so, yes, you are smart to wait there. Why i am saying is this is confirmed by the stochastic chart which is way above the 70% overbought territory and the RSI which is also quite high already 84.8%
Bowman, mana ada smart? Delete comment and then always sell high smarter la. Apa lagi mau? Go Genting can do that or not? Place bet loose money, rewind back, win money only place bet.
Public encouraged to wear face mask especially in crowded areas
PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): Wearing a face mask is strongly encouraged, especially in public and crowded areas, to reduce the risk of infection from Covid-19, says Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
"The Ministry of Health (MOH) encourages people to wear masks but at the moment, it is not compulsory," he told a daily press conference on Covid-19 here Monday (May 4).
In addition, Dr Noor Hisham reminded that other conditions must also be followed namely maintaining social distancing of at least one metre and observing good personal hygiene including frequent hand-washing.
"The MOH hopes that all Malaysians will adhere to the SOP (standard operating procedure)," he said.
Asked on compliance by the public on the first day of the conditional movement control order (MCO), Dr Noor Hisham said it was too early to judge.
"But looking into the practice of other countries like in Taiwan or South Korea, they do not have MCO in place but they have social discipline and comply with the SOP.
"Now the SOP is clear and the MOH would like to urge all Malaysians to practise social distancing, put on a mask when in public and continue to wash hands from time to time," he said.
Dr Noor Hisham said the SOPs for the industries and restaurants were also clear and that compliance was very important to break the Covid-19 infection chain.
"If they can comply, we can break the infection chain, if not, there is a risk for our infectivity rate to increase from the current rate of 0.7 and this will be closely monitored," he said.
Asked on the ministry’s justification on the conditional MCO, which has been gazetted, Dr Noor Hisham said the strategy for MCO phase one, two and three was to flatten the curve by encouraging everyone to stay at home.
"MCO phase one, two and three and early part of four is to make sure the public stays at home, that is the message. Now the message to the public on conditional MCO is to follow the SOP,"
And, of all people it is the idolated Dr Noor Hisham adding to the confusion.! Heaven knows why? When even the WHO has stipulated that masks should be worn in public!
Its quite uncomfortable to wear mask .Why do people wear masks when driving alone in the car?Who are they protecting?Maybe they think wearing mask is to protect themselves, selfish as always. It looks stupid when you see someone ,alone driving but wearing mask.
There are people like this.. When price 20c, they wait at 18c, when price 24c they wsit again at 20c, when price 30c they wait at 28c, now they are waiting at 30c. They finish their live with waiting and waiting but never realise it...
I will explain to you why you should wear a mask: 1. Most countries that have a mask wearing culture seem to have much less infections. 2. It will protect others if you carry the virus with or without symptoms. 3. Any mask you wear may help reduce the viral load you are exposed to in the air especially in enclosed spaces. 4. It forces you psychologically to be more conscious of the virus pandemic and sort of reminds to to keep social distancing and hand hygiene. 5. The visual impact of others wearing also reminds you that its a "new" normal. It sort of acts like a "badge" of responsibility.
Guys...Will also tell you why people wear a mask in the car: 1. You are leaving your house. Put on the mask. And get in the car. - Its less likely you will forget to wear a mask on leaving the house. 2. In the car you continue wearing a mask for three reasons a) You do not want to unnecessarily touch it with your hands once you have it on. b) If you are at a road block and have to wind down your window you will protect yourself and the policeman by wearing a mask instead of forgetting or fumbling around to put it on. c) If you take off the mask, you will have to put it somewhere in the car, potentially contaminating a surface in the car when the mask touches it.
I too fail to understand the logic in the "to wear or not to wear" debate. To be honest I think the DG is reluctant to go back on his earlier advice that, mask use was NOT required by the general public. Its human pride I guess. I think he needs to just simply say that despite there being an absence of strong evidence for mask wearing, there is good empirical evidence that it could be a wise public health measure to stop the spread of the virus. Most countries that have a culture of mask wearing have less infections. Then go on to declare mask wearing in public as compulsory. And follow this up with a campaign on proper mask wearing technique and etiquette. As simple as that.
Masks are way too expensive in Malaysia. From 80 sen per piece, it shot up to RM 2.00 and then came down to RM 1.50 after a lot of complaints from the public. It will become another problem for the govt to handle as most Malaysians find it un-affordable.
In countries like South Korea and Japan where most people voluntarily put on masks in public when they are not feeling well, advice like "wearing a mask is not compulsory but encouraged" may be okay. But in Malaysia where people are generally not in the habit of wearing masks when they are ill, such an advice may mean that we are going to see more people without masks in public.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
