@bosskufanboy, ahhh.. I also saw that. But could not find a direct mention that link the negative goodwill to that acquisition. So i also wonder whether the goodwill comes from the acquisiton of #1 or from share sale to Syntech (#2).

1. On 3 June 2021, ARB AI Agro Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had subscribed 90% equity interest of Digital Agrophonic Sdn. Bhd. for a total consideration of RM8,864,443.

2. On 25 June 2021, ARB Robotic Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Syntech Venture Sdn. Bhd. to acquire the entire equity interest of ARB Intelligence Sdn. Bhd. for a total consideration of RM9,400,000.

Net cash generated from operating activities increase 3.2 Millions from last quarter. Good

Acquisition of subsidiaries, net of cash acquired spend almost 16 Millions. Why no announcement?
Digital Agrophonic Sdn. Bhd and ARB Intelligence Sdn. Bhd. Acquisitions cost more than 16 Millions, is it already include in current quarter spending or will be include in next quarter report?

Let the result and chart do the talking, talk and boast a lot about prospect like many other counter but at the end result is bad not good also.

even the & Q on Q revenue is down, I love the NP Margin 34%.....Once EMCO is over the Revenue should also increase , so will the NP...

Despite what naysayers have to comment about ARBB, they registered a RM6.5 million net operating cash flow for the 6 months cumulatively for FY2021. For Q2FY2021 alone, the company had approximately RM3.3 million of operating cash flow.
