Proposed listing for ARB-IOT (AIGL) division in NASDAQ with issue price at US$4/share. Listing between 9% to 25% of AIGL. Since the beginning of 2022, ARBB had been moving sideways and consolidating around RM0.100 - RM0.140. Recent trend had shown that ARBB had failed to break resistance at 0.14 and bounced off from the upper bollinger band but MACD signal had also shown a trend reversal from the previous run and will retest the next resistance in upcoming trading days.
