This is the time to make big money, now LA is 0.065, 8 x LA can exchange for 1 mother, mother is now 0.585. 8 x LA = 8 x 0.065 = 0.520, you make 0.065 with every 8 x LA. The only thing you have to watch out is. if you buy and convert today, make sure that when the conversion is ready after 2 weeks, mother don't drop to below 0.520, that's all ! If you want to do it, to it fast ! See how many people are buying today ?

I've been saying all along....don't worry about the price right now...we are only SMALL investors... BUY the LA (CHEAP/CHEAPER/CHEAPEST and HOLD) when LA become few....the price will move UP due to law of "demand & supply"...let the big guys play with the pricing!!!

My aunty Fam Jenny bought a lot @ 10~14 sen, forced sell all 6.5 sen also not enough to cover.
She had to sell CSL to cover the losses in IRETEX-LA.

what for 2 million contract? 2 million in 3 years, = RM 167k orders per Quarter,
what margin?
Can untung RM 30,000 per quarter for that contract? Sure meh?
If really only earning 0.05 sen per share, what for that announcement?

So, unless the management team screws up, the company would likely perform better in the next 12 months and those long term LA holders could indeed be laughing to the bank eventually when the mother share goes up in due course. Treat IRETEX-WA like once once a time's FCW-WA

Once FCW-WA hoverig 10-15 sen then gradually dropped to 0.5 sen
Last minute FCW-WA dropped 0.5 sen then shoot up 17 sen

When Ire-Tex ICULS (Iretex-LA) and warrant (Iretex-WA) were first listed on June 16, confusion over the exercise and conversion terms of Iretex-LA created a big opportunity for arbitraging for the shareholders of Ire-Tex. While subsequent buying interest of Iretex-LA have narrowed the conversion discount of Iretex-LA, the ICULS is still trading at a much cheaper valuation than Iretex-WA.

Check the 1Qtr 2014 Accounts. Iretex has deposits and bank balances of R36 mil and short term debts of R24 mil. With the potential contribution of the LED lighting, this counter has great potential ! It's property and land investment also gives added value.
