if compare to azrb-w and seacera-w who listed recently, both mother share not even 0.7 when its warrant listed, but the warrant is trading around 0.3, obviously, iretex-w is undervalue just trading below 0.2, this is becuase the main shareholder clear stock without caring the price.

Fair enough for the major shareholder to sell WA as it carries no voting right, and then use the sale proceed to buy LA, almost like selling one WA to buy 2LA, and in this case, LA is more or less like warrant with a conversion price of 52.5 sen,

See the blocking of LA at 11 and 11.5? After finish collect, will surprise like WA. Ire-LA conversion price is 1LA+52c means if iretex price 80c, LA minimum = 28c, or 35c if premium like other stocks. Wa can go up also when LA goes up like normal ratio same as azrb-w and seacera-w. Mother 70c son 30c.

Am new here. All expert can tell me why last minute always some people sell down? So poor meh no patience to wait the price goes up or park selling higher price? Now is only 0.74 can go to old price 1.50 above if business keep perform well. My ire cost 0.75 LA cost 0.10. Hope ire goes up 0.90. Should be easy if no stupid people sell like no tomorrow.

hey.. you must be working for the owners, promoting warrant... How can you promote warrant ? The exercise price for the warrant is 80 sens, it does not give you interests and at the end of 5 years, if you do not exercise, you end up with nothing. LA is much better, the conversion price is 52.5 sens. To change to mother share , the total cost will be say at 12sens +52.5 sens = 62.5 sens . Furthermore LA also carries a 1percent interests. So ..... which one is better....?

The market will know the true value later. By time LA breaks 20c people will all rush in to buy until "true value of 75.5 - 52.5 = 23c". If premium should go like other LA premium, maybe 28c 30c or 35c nobody knows. Not many this kind of chances. See, market is self adjusting. LA up up and up, WA wait wait and wait. Mother float float and float. Mother and son and daughter must stay together as family then only all 3 mother+WA+LA goes up big big and big. Bigger question is, "MARKET SO EFFICIENT MEH"? If no newspaper tells the truth, nobody sees this fact lor.

What your remisier say 60sens is quite true... xcept that he forgot to tell that the LA itself carried 7.5 sens. You can either use 8 units of LA ( 8x7.5) =60 sens or use 1 units LA 7.5+52.5 =60sens.
For you information, LA which is a loan stock also give you interests albeit at a very low rate of 1 per cent only.

At today's price of 13 sens, your cost of equivalent to one mother share is only 13+52.5 or 65.5 sens only...

The shares are purposely pushed up the last 3 wks from 58 to 80 cts .........After LA /WA are issued, in principle it must go down.. I find that it is nothing wrong.It shld be at down trend. Plis correct me if im wrong.Last 1 or 2 days, was goreng.Who ever bought it during the "goreng stage" will bleed unless they fork up money to hold.
