1st qr Fy2014, rm3,771,000 while rm2,842,000

BUT IN 2nd qr 2014, making loss -rm1,864,000, 可是净利在第二次
财务报告是rm2，586，000 ！ （上239%!)

在3rd Fy2014， loss -rm5，157，000 ，
您想想看，TECGUAN即将在近期内公布的3rd Fy2015 会是怎样？
给它最少第三季2015净利料RM2，000，000 好不好？
可上升至少700%！

The Performance of TECGUAN PERDANA

1. In 2nd Fy 2015 ended in 31.7.2015, Revenue of Tecguan rised as high as rm66,090,000 compared to rm45,694,000 ended in 31.7.2014. Gross Profit registered as high as rm8,377,000 vs rm1,735,000 in 31.7.2014. Profit Before Tax also registered at rm4,261,000 vs making loss –(rm2,312,000). 更值得我们去注意的就是净利，TECGUAN第二期财务报告为投资者们捎来更好消息，单单只是2nd 净利已经去到RM2,586,000 比起31.7.2014 亏 –(rm1,864,000).
1.1 In Cumulative Financial Period, (1st & 2nd Fy2015) Gross Profit rm16,759,000 vs rm11,842,000 in (1st & 2nd Fy 2014). 再谈谈净利吧，
目前总净利（1st 和2nd Fy2015 ）已而已经写下RM5,428,000 比较起RM1,906,000 ，增加了整184%!EPS 已经是RM0.1354 vs RM0.0475.
NTA 200.82 cent ended in 31.7.2015 Vs 187.28 cent ended 31.7.2014.

预计2015全年总净利可达RM11.5 mil -13 mil

2. TECGUAN 主要业务占最多在于PALM OIL PRODUCTS。 目前registered rm117,090,000 , Coaca products rm3,238,000.
Palm Oil Products is a main source of Tecguan Revenue,contributed 98.59%. The increased mainly due to the increased in sales Volumn.
同时，在TPP下，Malaysia exporters will gain competitive advantage over regional competitors in exporting product such as:
1. Electrical & electronic
2. Chemical products
3. Palm oil products
4. Rubber products
5. Wood products
6. textiles
7. Automotive parts & compenents

2.1 The Palm Oil Products turned in an operating profit of rm4.81mil in Q2, 2015 vs to a loss –(rm990,000).
2.2 The Increased mainly attrtibuted to the increased in Operating Margin & also a Favourable Currency Exchange Rate of RM vs USD.

注意：TECGUAN USED：Forward Currecy Contract which issued to hedge the Group’s Sales Denomonated in USD.

Major shareholder holded around 59.8%-60%.
