this is a proxy war btw Liew and PNB !!!
PNB will inject more asset into setia to boost up the value but the impact of liew leaving is too great, as all local n FF tend to follow liew ! FF n local private fund already start selling setia n go for focal !!!
i foresee not less than 2 years focal will be biggest property co. in Msia !!!By that time PNB got no choice also have to take 30% stake @ may be @10.00 per share !!!!!!
market rumour that since PNB step in setia, more than 200 chinese staff left the company(80% join his son)


may be dont need 2 years , by june already RM10 !!!!!

Share market is fun when price rise sky high ppl start to question and worry, when price fell hell down ppl also question and start to worry haha..wht we really want? I will opt for 80% fundamental (gradually increase) 20% fry ( don't question why up or down coz is goreng, be responsible on the results)

ah liew itu bukan orang yg main main dgn syarikat. dia adalah orang yg betul betul mahu buat business yg sebenar. kamu orang mungkin tahu tak, semasa dia berada di spsetia, dia hanya ada satu directorship saja iaitu spsetia. takda directorship mana mana syarikat lain.
banding dgn kebanyakan boss besar, 10 atau 20 directorship satu kebiasaan. byk byk ini macam mana nak concentrate pandu syarikat. ah liew ini beza. fikir fikir kan lah.
