“We arrive at our TP of RM6.00, based on a 20% discount to our revalued net asset valuation methodology (pre-share split). On ex-all basis, we value ECW at RM2.00 (excluding 7-yr warrant dilution).

“We expect ECW’s earnings to grow substantially to RM77million in FY15 from RM24million in FY13, thanks to the unprecedented property sales boosted by the management team’s undisputed brand name,” said Quah He Wei, property analyst at Alliance Research.

This company is hungry for expansion. The negative side to this is that they are in dire need to raise cash and capital from investors.

They are trying to do something big in the coming six months. To me they are asking for too much upfront capital from investors without a proven track record in their new company. Yes, everyone can say they have proven themselves in SP. But I still reserve judgement until solid results are delivered.

I do not like the prospect of yet another round of cash-raising.

Its the people behind the company not the company behind the people that were responsible for the proven track record. Of course, investing in SP Setia - is much safer now. But, for the more agressive investor & those people who have faith in the people behind EW, the future potential...

Very expensive marketing for the branding ,totally different from other....if I'm the unit buyer of course I'm very happy lor....but if I'm the company investor , ma hai, who is going to absorb the cost & the LAD for the delay wor?
