interest going up in 6 months time as reported in Wall Street ....S'pore properties are selling with reduced prices in order to attract more buyers. Here in Iskandar , the prices are up with no discounts but only more ads to let potential buyers know about the project locations. So much properties but buyers are dwindling coz more than 60% of the population can't afford such expensive houses prices ranging from 500k to 2 millions...Looking at the scenario, it will be best for us to wait and see....look see ...look see...

Always remember what UncleZ said. We are no expert, so we cannot possible accurately time the market. How low is low? How high is high? .... One thing I also learned so far is, if u look at the stock long enough, u see a pattern. Possible to make some quick gains. But if that gain is then poured back n buy the shares at higher price, then it doesn't sound optimised, yes? UncleZ showed us that too :-)
How come I received more than 10 advertisements for property sales all in and around Iskandar regions every day where prices are coming down as well. hope that the new Housing and property Act in Johor will spearhead the moderation in house prices and must consider the capability and affordability of Johoreans not solely catered for the foreigners only.
