1st round entry is at any moment b4 budget when the price has
consolidated & to sell on strength to take profit.

The 2nd round entry shld b after the budget 2014 in Oct, the inevitable implementation on the increase in Real Property Gain Tax, wait for consolidation to accumulate SALCON.

The revised target price for SALCON now stand at 0.91.

I am watching this counter but to my opinion, the technical indicators is not that bullish...kind of overbought...I guess....maybe I'll wait and see....

Bro Sang Jero. Nice to meet u here again. I noticed that v r having the same interest for a few counters. U r absolutely right that SALCON has been overbought. I am positioning myself to accumulate SALCON after the FOMC meeting if the price consolidated to a lower level.

SPSETIA is cautious on the market there, as it feels that sustainable local demand may be unable to keep up with the incoming supply, coupled with locals generally being priced out of the market

We have today received a notice from Eco World Development Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Maple Quay Sdn. Bhd.) (Eco World) and Liew Tian Xiong (collectively, the Buyers) that they have, on 17 September 2013, entered into a conditional share sale agreement with various shareholders of the Company (SSA) to acquire 164,775,701 ordinary shares of RM 1.00 each in the Company (Shares), which represent 65.05% of the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company, for a total cash consideration of RM230,685,981.40, which is equivalent to RM 1.40 per Share (Proposed Acquisition).
We understand that, upon fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSA and completion of the Proposed Acquisition, the Buyers will become the new controlling shareholders of the Company, with a 65.05% equity interest in the Company, and will therefore be obliged to extend a mandatory general offer to the shareholders of the Company other than the Buyers for a cash offer price of RM 1.40 per Share (Proposed MGO) pursuant to Section 218(2) of the Capital Markets & Services Act, 2007 and Section 9(1), Part III of the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 2010 (Code).

looks like gone case, the only attractive deal for Salcon is to be taken over by Eko World, but Eko World has already announced to take over Focal Aims today, wrong target. Too bad that Salcon now is sitting witn RM200 mil cash with no good Property Development experience to guide them

Salcon may decline after forming the “Bearish Engulfing Pattern” last Friday. A position can be liquidated as long as the stock stays below MYR0.70, with supports anticipated at MYR0.65 and MYR0.62. A close above MYR0.70, however will likely see buyers returning. In this situation, strong resistance is at MYR0.75.
