Just an advice, buy mother share as warrant is too risky, too close to expiry and the conversion price is high, that's why the major shareholders happily threw all their warrants last friday when the price touched 25

My opinion, only few days back when the price and volume shoot up and down, i suppose the expiry date is not really short (about 8 months), not 8 weeks or 8 days. 8 months is real long period for a high beta company. When price at 0.21 level, big shark collect, when price shoot up, small fish herd in...then i saw many posts saying " die la...hopeless la...".....Seriously dont quite understand...anyway, i just small fish, but i prefer to swim with big shark, rather then got bitten or eaten....external factor is always my major concern as our stocks are too small to influence big boys like DJI, Nikke... since now the dark cloud is cleared, i will still take the risk..happy investing :-)

someone mentioned Tan Sri booted out focal last week? R u sure ? then what is the next co he is going to? someone mentioned MP Corp but already designated as PN1 counter, hutang tak bayar ? As it stands now focal is too overpriced now at 10xs its earlier price at 25 cts - is hitting 2.50 soon ? Tan Sri only want to buy at 1.40 so I think majority shareholders will not sell at 1.40 given the present scenario? what options next will be anybody guess? Is there the possibility he may consider Salcon where it is still relatively cheap at 60+ cts ? just like to put forward my questions for all to ponder....

Agreed. Price shoot up when the NEWS about Tan Sri effect + Langat 2 + china asset sell, ever since then, the price has back to the bottom again. Those got warrant at RM 0.28 few weeks back, they chased based on news. Since now the price is bottoming, anyone think the price will shoot up again when the news are MATERIALIZING?

The rational here is that, if the price remain at the top, then the news has factored into the price. My doubt is, at current price, the news is no longer factored in. Can someone please enlighten me. Thank you

Directors only cleared their warrants, not the mother shares. (Note the 450K sold by Law is staff ESOS). China concession sale subject to EGM. Wait for EGM circular to see if they give special dividend (I believe they will, so as to please the share holders a bit). Salcon's next move is not clear, just one small Selayng project and a Johor project which can only do something earliest 1st quarter next year. Dato Eddie told the press he will take his time. Anybody's guess how long he is going to take, since he is now very busy with Eco and Focal.

This is a good hit counter together with its WA. Monday is best BUY as M'sian market will have a correction as Dow Jones drops 185 pts last FRI. Also clearing its recent T3 big volume.Buy when it dips can make some pocket money.

Mr tedbeh state it right, that why directors only dispose warrants but not mother share. Also aggree what weixing1 said. Big chances to pay out special dividend, directors maybe using warrants money to buy in more mother share. Dispose their water business in china, how much cash per share Salcon hold? rm300m+ / 600m+ share = RM0.50 per share. This one not include the retains money almost rm0.14 yet, come on, you are buying a (0.50+0.14=RM0.64)company and that include all the asset! I take this as my next Pantech ^^

Agreed with nallayak that we have too many townships in JB . The present population will never support the many townships built . S'poreans r reserved to put their monies here too due to security reasons . Left only Indons n Banglas where they r most likely not tempted with the millions of RM spent to own a property here . Our Malaysians only in minority may afford the price tags . The second home project may attract some foreigners who r cash rich . Beware what is happening in most major China secondary cities that have been reported ended up as ghost towns ? No buyers n no peoples r coming around ? With the overhanging QE , EU debt crises , US Trillion debts , wars in imminent and currency speculators r abound . Do u still think we will be spared ???? No doubt it will boom but for short term . For long term , will see property as curse?

Let us visualise. When tapering has been deferred, us fund may not go back to their own country so they will re enter to asian, so our bursa is predicted down due to panic selling by our retailers. Big fund starts to collect low to upside the index. End of the day, it only down -2. Hehe.
