@Lewis, this is how business people play with accounting, deferred this and that, business up revenue up but cost also up, etc. hmmmm. Hope Botak is wise and doing his businesses well and make all his co be good and profitable, like that his face baru handsem else is ugly and will be pui by all investors who believe in him by putting hard earned $ to his co. Company assets are still there, that is for sure. Hope the mgmt team can perform in coming years, with the strong wind for development in Johor with the new RTS, and upcoming LRT in Johor (land bank) and new Agong for Msia esply for Johor. Keep our fingers crossed.

(Sentiment isn't good, with such result, surely many people r affected by this QR result. See how it goes ba tomorrow, watch the show only, no spare cash liao)

This company 200% will be double in next few years.
Just buy more when it drop, then dont bother it, sure will double / triple in next few years.
Now market capital only RM1,409mil.
You look at WCE, that small company also have RM3,000mil market cap.
For me, just the DUKE 1,2,3 and SPE, it worth at least RM6,000mil market cap (after diluted the EPF portion)

weather is hot couldn't make me fall asleep tonight.. just have something sharing why i prefer IWCT more than Ekove because the profit margin is obviously, btw i successed to sell out partials of queuing for IWCT on this Monday due to technique sell on top, buy on dip. that is always right..
now i can buy back and this is aiaili last call liao becauce must stay alert 8.03A

it is a bit worrying this time around on their debt loading of RM6.3b with interest rates of 5.5-6% while the toll concession assets only generated about 2.8% return. they haven't achieved the traction they needed as seek EPF extension for listing exercise. However, it will be forthcoming for the next 2-3 years for the listing of its toll concession assets

As for now, the concern is worrying for this quarter as its current ratio is 0.7x. Meaning they have to restructure their debt & to raise more funds. It is likely that equity fund-raising is possible via rights issue or placement exercise

No worries guys. Do not be influence by some people who shout out loud duno for what reason.

We would like and wish all our dear real investors to have nice ROIs in time to come, regardless of how long it takes to come true.

Do not punt, speculate and contra. Use spare cash to invest. Avoid using margin facilities and loans.

Note: The company assets can assured you, it is worth for mid long term investment, how much you would like to earn is another question, no harm done if earn less as nobody knows what is the highest price to hit, by when.
