@See_Research...How can anyone dazzled by the gold in palm oil look up to see danger when walking under a building being renovated? He can see giant treasure under the ground but not debris falling from the sky. He has selective sight and hearing but a diminished bank account for sure. But he's not wrong; the treasure is somewhere nearby!

According to them, the surrounding market value as below:-
2nd road/2nd tier = RM7.00psf - RM14.00psf
main road/1st tier = RM27.80psf - RM41.80psf


Road Frontage land now priced from Rm27.80 psf to Rm41.80
For interior lands as low as Rm7.00 psf

Of course these refer to converted/divided commercial lands

Since TSH lands still under agriculture

Assuming we only give it just Rm1.00 psf

What is the Value?

94700 acres convert to sq ft mutliply acres by 43,560

= Rm4,125,132,000

That is Rm4.1 Billions

How much per share?

Rm2.83

This is about 2.6X current share price of TSH

Calvin, I’d encourage you to stop posting again and again about Kelvin’s purchase of shares.

If you are in direct contact with Kelvin (or other directors), ask him this question instead :

“Excluding Investment Banks, two of TSH’s Designated Market Makers are EPF and LTH. Can you tell me anything that would encourage me as a TSH minority shareholder?”

Back in April, TSH market cap was 2.6B with its insiders owning 1.2B

There isn’t any considerable holdings by hedge funds

In his memoirs Robert Kuok the richest billionaire in Malaysia told of buying when there is fear

He was not the founder of ShangriLa Hotel chains but only invested 10% in early days

However, there was a time of undue panic when ShangriLa was SOLD DOWN below IPO price.

He didn't know why and who were selling but it was cheap and getting cheaper. So Robert Kuok just took opportunity to buy while cheap and he emerged as substantial holder of ShangriLa as Top share holder one day

As it later turned out his ShangriLa bought during panic and fear became part of his RM40 BILLION FORTUNE

So nothing is wrong with Tsh on its own. The only fear is unfounded by fickle fleeting traders like the mist of the morning

Long term Value Investors will take the opportunity to buy and add more
