Due to COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing enforcement of the movement control order ("MCO"), Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide their letter dated 16 April 2020 granted, among others, an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed issuers to issue their annual reports that include the annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports which are due on 30 April 2020.

In view of the extended MCO, the Board of Directors of TSH wishes to inform that the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 will be issued on or before 30 June 2020.

This announcement is dated 30 April 2020.

20/3/20 at rm0.56 was the lowest for TSh
Palm oil is an essential item by the global..now restriction in major world economy has reopened or to be reopened again..world economy would import to stock up for essential use.

.food is still needed to fill our stomach.this sector is different from other sectors like aviation,hospitality,resort and hotel,property,contruction,bank,cars,where we don't really need it now and inability to own it at current downturn

I may be wrong.. current shares for all palm oil shares like simepl,klk,united plantation,sop,ioicorp etc trading near to 200 days moving average.i could hv priced in the second quarter price..now big countries like china,India,Pakistan,middle east countries as well as some European countries are preparing to stock in for 2nd half.

Breakup in 6/5/20 confirmed with big volume higher than average volume past 20 days from ,price surged more than 3% and already pull back and tested the Apex point which is rm0.685 and now turn up again.
.I may be wrong..the share is in up trend now.
