Peter Lynch used to say buy a basket of 10 value stocks

even if two or three do not perform if one is a 10 baggers will more than make up

maximum loss in a share is 100% and maximum gain like bonia, Texchem and ancommy can be 400% to 600%

for Tsh we expect good times ahead as well

What is this happened?

if naysayers in time past spammed against Super enterprises at Rm1.28 and weak hands sold then they would have missed privatisation at Rm3.80 and missed 200% upside

if those who cried father cried mother had sold Kbunai at 5.5 sen would have missed the gain of 100% when it was taken private at 11 sen eventually

and what about those who missed Kulim at Rm2.50?
at Rm4.10"JCorp took it private for 60% upside

Now many naysayers harp against Tsh at such bargain price ?

Will Tsh also spring a surprise?

Tsh bought those Kutai lands in year 2008 as low as Rm5000 an acre or 13 sen psf

Today that place is buzzing with life as Indonesia has chosen it to be New Admin Capital called Nusantara

Land prices are going up

We can participate in it's growth through owning Tsh shares

Not contra but buy and hold

After TheStore taken private we mentioned Kwantas

Kwantas has only less than 80,000 acres of palm oil lands yet taken private at Rm1. 60 (from 50 sen which it fell to)

Tsh has far more lands than Kwantas

In Kutai or Nusantara alone Tsh got 94,700 acres
