1. Tsh total loans only Rm800 mil plus

Sale of Bulugan lands now 2/3 completed with Rm500 mil received

when total Rm731.09 mil in Rm550 mil will be used to pare down loans

that means only Rm250 mil loans left

Npc Corp went insolvent but got out safe after it disposed two palm oil lands to Kretam and problem solved

Palm oil assets are lands of great value and if needs arise can be sold to meet debt obligation

So palm oil got very good assets of value as a defense in market down turn

for palm oil they are mostly saved by being taken over like austral enterprize , golden hope plant, tradewind and others as they have assets of value
