Disposals of land in Sabah and Indo were mentioned in the QR. You just hv to browse QR thru toward the end. Historically TSH gives out div after Q4 report (end Feb), no interim so far. Not sure if gain fr Indo land sale will be captured in Feb 23 (Q4) as the deal was stated to be completed by 1Q 23.

Good QR, exceeded some analyst expectations if I'm not wrong. well, I myself is not a dividend chaser, nor I will take it into consideration when taking a position. Many people were brainwashed by this dividend thingy, but most of the time they have their capital eroded over the years with that pittance dividend yield as compensation. Therefore, who cares about dividends. Earnings is the thing! More earnings! go!

More value appreciation of TSH is likely to be realised upon land disposal RM711 million completed in first quarter of 2023.
