I did an analysis of Calvin's recommendation. I have made a conclusion

Calvin's analysis is correct. But his timing is always WRONG. His stock recommendations usually became successful in 1 - 3 years' time.

@skoh888, where are you working- i have been reading all that was written in this forum and it seems you are free to write at this time. you work is not too busy?
do you buy a lot of shares in TSH? you sold at RM1.45, so how much did you buy? profit or loss? just curious to know.

@moneyontheway. I first bought TSH at RM1.10 because i noticed Tan Aik Pen buying. I sold at RM1.70 when the charts turned. I recently rebought at RM1.38 after MSCI inclusion but seeing the market conditions I decided to sell at RM1.45 today

I trade the market for what it is worth. I do not have the ego or the need to be right. I like stocks when they are at the right price for me and will sell when I think it is fairly priced. Keep it simple

@rookie, every 3 years can double I also happy already. My wife monitoring my investment, I can't do buy and sell frequently, she say that is gamble. So if I put in and wait few years then wife won't complain.

Sure, Skoh888 is absolutely right this time but not all the time. How many retailers can keep a stock for three years or more? Most short term investors are losers.

its because (as is always the case with an overly hot sector) actual earnings did not meet the sky high expectations of people buying to jump on the bandwagon. hence a pullback is always gonna happen after earnings

Bought Bplant at 57 sen when many were selling and wringing in despair because Bplant went into algae business

So many just gave up and sold bplant cheap then

Cheers, guys fundamentally TSH is strong and supposedly should be around RM2 and CPO price still remain high. Just the inflation cause all the chaos that's all! Technically analysis wise, waiting for IB to push!! Lets Huat together will do and indeed risk management is important to secure our capital but no harm waiting while CPO price is still high!
