Share buy back is usually done because Co directors think shares are undervalue as such there is no better investment than to use company funds to invest more in own company shares

Warren Buffet the world greatest investor use Berkshire money to do share buy back of his own Berkshire Hathaway shares

Yes. Share buy back is well explained by Calvin. But that is use company cash so if it’s directors them buying using their own cash like TSH boss, it Carries more weight! Differentiate the twos! Cheers.

Ok good sunny'spoon' wants to buy at Rm1.25.

Calvin will buy at Rm1.35

It makes not much difference if Tsh goes up from Rm1.35 to Rm4.00

Or if it goes up from Rm1.25 to Rm4.00

In April 2020 Calvin bought Supermax at Rm1.73. Missed buying in March 2020 when Supermax was only Rm1.35

Buy when Supermax reached Rm24.44 by end 2020 it does not matter if people bought at Rm1.73 or Rm1.35

So will be Tsh at its coming glorious peak of Rm3 to Rm4

Blame it on EPF 's Citibank who has been selling since beginning of the year. Non stop throwing. Billions thrown. Finally foreign funds will benefit. Look at IOI. Easily EPF will throw 1 million shares & more every trading day. Sunshine will come when they stop throwing & hopefully starts to buy cheap again.

My conclusion. EPF's Citibank is just as dirty. When they threw below 5% about a month ago, they disappeared from radar. Latest annual report, they are only holding 3.24%. They have thrown another 1.76% while hiding under water like a submarine. Hopefully Tan Ai Pen destroyer can blast them under the ocean.

unlike glove counters where the profit shot up 1000%, this will not happen with oil palm, nevertheless there is a decent increase in profit from at least 3 mths ago, although some recorded flay QonQ results, a decent price increase to about RM1,70-1.80 will be nice for a change.... and from there on depending on CPO price can fluctuate 10-15% up or down.... we shd keep our targets reasonable thats all..... 'ib or not, the truth will prevail
