It really depends how one interprets it

Before the disposal, Theta is a low float stock with 2 biggest shareholder holding about 68% of the shareholding

After today's disposal LTH still holds 32.18 m which is about 30% (from 38%). ZA still holds 19.5 which is about 18% (from 30%). So about 20% has been released to the open market

Low float stock = Smaller number of shares available to trade in the market

It is going to take time for the open market to absorb the sudden increase in stock

No one has a crystal ball, just trade safely and within your risk appetite
