My friends Mr. Bub bought 2 shoplots in Kemayang City. It was located just beside the busy Skudai Highway. And it was abandoned for over a decade.

When Danga City Mall was built I saw one guy bought 2 shoplots from Spore for Rm1 million each. Danga City Mall was also abandoned.

And Pacific Mall located near CIQ Kastam without visibility? It was also abandoned for a decade!

So just be careful!

Why did price of Gadang dropped? I think it is because of its quarterly (June - Sept 2016) results. When you invest in share, you invest because of past earnings or future earnings? Based on that you will know who are the sellers and who are the buyers of Gadang now.

did he knows how Gadang unlocking the value of the land that was bought and now fully paid , at a price of 35M in return of a profit sharing of 334M for a period 5 and a half years starting from 2015.
