Gadang hit by earnings downgrade plus coming share split. people tend to sell first and buy back later ( after shares stablised )indirectly profit from the contra selling .

Gadang announced share split 1:2, Bonus issue 1 :4 . plus free warrant 1:4. If plays it right .if major shareholder selling ! he knows something ? we are not aware of. Just an assumption

imagine last week selling at > 3.30 . Today down to 2.84 ( - 46 sen ).
buy back at around 3.00 ( ?) still make a good profit of 30 sen. better than any dividend. no change in any shareholding percentage. just imagine ???

I just wonder did he influence mtg of

VS to give bonus issue & then boosted it by kuat kuat goreng?

Influencing FLB to give higher dividend?

Influence Latitude Mtg to give higher dividend when they refuse to give bonus?


If so there is surely some form of stock manipulation going on.

Now that the trap is sprung I think many will be losing faith with Gadang

all know gadang going to have share split, bonus issue, free warrant. after the good news announced share price soar up and retailers happily buying. such a good meat so easy to let retailers like us to get it? this time they do 9 the retailers one round. get their tickets at the lower price. wait for all the corporate exercise done they goreng lagi. by that time i think some good news of getting in new contracts will be released.
just my conspiracy theory. hahaha...
