Alcom majorities profit is still from Property sector.

The good news from Alcom is its Aluminium/manufacturing segment business starts to make profit. In comparison to the previous quarterly financial result to current one is as such:

Q4 FY2020 loss money -RM1.91 million (Aluminium/manufacturing segment only)
Q1 FY2021 make money RM1.19 million (Aluminium/manufacturing segment only)

Latest Alcom quarterly financial result, EPS=5.51 cent

LBALUM profit purely from ALUMINUM.
LBALUM latest quartery financial result was EPS=5.99 cent.


One more month LBALUM upcoming financial result will be out.
As expected due to higher revenue, better profit margin, upcoming quarterly financial of LBALUM will be increased significantly.

Can somebody knowledgeable, please help me understand one thing?:

if LBALUM manufacture products from aluminium and price of the aluminium is going up, isnt it that their inputs will go also up and eating profit margins? What I see from the last Q and other companies from the same sector its not the case (?!?), but forgive me my ignorance and can you please explain to me?

In my opinion it can be just because of:

1) these companies are also involved in mining
2) they keep enough raw materials (aluminium)
3) they are hedging
4) they increase prices of their products even more compare to raw material price increases
5) there is a lot of orders coming in and thats why actually even raw aluminium is going up and not the other way
6) I miss out something?

FMCO allows construction to continue. Steel/Aluminum stocks with record earning can handle this FMCO, share prices won't drop significantly.

well no one can tell for sure, but from the publicly available data, as for example aluminium prices, net profit can be up anywhere between 5-20%, at least should not be less compare to the last Q

Lbalumium! This stock buy n keep, sure win. Take a look at alcom latest earning, up 415%, lbalumium is in same industry with alcom... So what do u think of lbalumium qr going to be? Definitely better than previous earning of 0.599cts.... So if it hits 30 mil profit... Its earning would be double.. This will transacted its pe to 2+... If u know what is PE stand for... U should know what to do now.

I must point out that that LB Aluminium, Alcom and Press Metal are dealing in aluminium. Tomei is dealing in jewelleries which you can buy online.

its not only about aluminium price, there will be a huge recovery factor, many projects were on hold, once things get back to normal, LBALUM will be crazy busy and elevated prices will improve profit margins some more, waterfall effect
