It's definitely NOT going to dilute. U get back the same value after BI. its just price is dynamic proir ex, can up or down.

Think +ve, if after ex price remain around 0.5++ and result is good, many investors will buy cos price become affordable in general.

The PER now only 5.88.

Bursa Security granted written approval to LBA regarding BI today.

2 resolutions which is BI and dividend need to be approved by shareholders during AGM at August.

As for LBA, price would not stay low 4 long. After 2 months of sideway, I foresee price will break and moving up strongly.

International peers traded at PER 17x.
Lba is just traded at x5. 88.

With Per of 8x price should be 1.36

Its a barginal buy with free titbits of BI and 4.375 cents dividend.

Best bet to ride on strong uptrend surge in commodities (aluminium /steel). There are only 6 fingers to choose from for aluminium :

1) PMETAL
2) LBA
3) ARANK
4)PMBTECH
5) ALCOM
6) PA

No doubt the best listed aluminium company is always PMETAL, but my bet goes to 2) and 3)

PMETAL for rich man play and valuation in term of pe is currently at 70x
PMBTECH wouldn't enjoy today price if its not link to PMETAL. Alcom PAT is derived mainly from construction and MCO3 will greatly impacted it coming qr. PA qr fluatute tie up with heavy leg (1.2 billion shares) with pe 22x.

Come back to LBA : sign of price reversal already showing. Awaiting news of moving to phase 2 of NRP in days to come.

Near term rewards to shareholders :
1) bonus issue of 3:4 ex sept
2) final div of 0.4375 ex 1th oct
3) property gain disposal of 4m++ ( reduce gearing)
4) surprised productivity at reduced rate during MCO3
5) 8% increased in aluminium price since lock down.
