Price doesn't matter here brother necro...just buy & hold for a few months & await for the next 2 quarters report as the profits would not materialize on the coming quarter report as the project starts only in June 2012.

Remember that last year people had bought at 31+ cents & they are still holding for the agreement to be sign & now that it had been signed, it's only the time factors that will bring positive earnings.
