TQ kwl8888, recently I saw go ppl heavily convert warrant to ordinary share, I tot the warrant is not entitle to bonus issue, hence those ppl start convert. Then kwl8888 what make them do so? what is the advantage?

Since inari has gone up in price very much and the conversion 0.38 is little compared to the share price, it is better to buy the share rather than warrants for long term investment. Inari-wa has been lagging behind in price most of the time unlike other counters, sometimes quite substantially. But it is a cheaper entry, so some may prefer to buy warrants.

Warrant exercise price is 0.38, if convert to mother share, total cost would be 2.43 + 0.38 = 2.81 same as mother price.
But warrant not entitle dividen, that's why people convert.

Investment is a personal decision.If you have to sell, just sell. Best of luck. It is wise not to push too hard an opinion if one has already sold. You maybe right now but you can also be wrong the next few days.

On selling on news...the 'news' is very old...it was never a 'rumour'.
It has digested that news long ago as an ACE counter...as of now it is still on ACE...
MB transfer is an 'event'....
we will see the real show once the 'event'- takes place.

I don't think "buy on rumour sell on news" is works on INARI this time, mainboard transfer is "permanent" effect, means that after transferred, it won't back to ACE again. Still member this news? "Inari eyes RM1b revenue within 3 years", RM250 million revenue per year, based on current profit margin ~14%, what is the share price based on PE x10? x15? x18? x20? Take out your calculator to check check. It is also a dividend stock, it is hard for you to found another counter like INARI...Goodluck to all INARI long term holder, we only sell when the company going to Holand.
