i believe warrant entitled too.
1st reason, because last round warrant entitled. Usually they will remain same practise.
2nd, if revise the exercise price, 1:4, then inari-wa ex price will be 0.08 and too negligible and inari-wb ex price will be adjusted to 1.60.

If no bonus but adjust ex price, same good too because the price will jump high up too

anyone had learn Math here?
USD to RM exchange rate up 35% if compare Q1 2015 versus Q1 2016.
But Inari revenue only increased 23%, is revenue gone up or went down?

Optoelectronic business is not under Avago anymore, Foxconn is pulling out that from Inari.
But people seem like expecting Foxconn will take Inari as their supplier.

Inari keep exercise more share into market, but these big share holder keep continue dispose share.
Only EPF and KWAP keep buying and selling to push up the share price.

Bonus is better than ex price adjustment. With the no. warrant being enlarged, it become more attractive to institution/ syndicate.

warrant can't catch up with mom most of the time. Big boys r pushing mom. Warrants r operated by small fish. Warrants should be traded at premium price for good co. like inari.

Dun worry too much about the contract as u never know exactly what's going on. Business thingy is confidential. What's published in media is what the management wants u to know but not what u want to know. Even news from key personnel sometime unreliable. They've to take care of their periuk nasi, right? Don't expect them to be honest to you. YOU HAVE TO TAKE CALCULATED RISK.
