the problem with BA is the constant impairment and SC needs to get new contract. 230mil is impairment for this quarter. WTH... so, there it goes for 4th consecutive profit quarters' aim.

Worst case scenario is 0.20..
Best case scenario is 0.43..

Good that it won't go as low as last year at 0.15 this round..

definitely oil price will drop lower slightly lower than USD50
USD50 is below deepwater and ultra deepwater production costs. All will stop work and become rusted metal

The result is not too bad if there is no impairment. The bright side is the Kraken debts will not be classified as current liabilities in the first quarter of 2020. Barring from anymore impairment for FPO and OMS, Armada should be doing not too bad. Hopefully Armada Claire has been impaired fully else if the appeal fails again, more bad news for it to drop. In term of risk, should be lower than last year because the lenders of Kraken has agreed not to exercise their rights for full payment in Feb 2020 but profit growth will be limited also unless OMS segment is able to get more jobs. AlvinTSK. Stay away from armada n stay away from this market. Oil n gas plays hv burst. Charts say they all will go back to where they all started and move sideways from there. Armada giving a round trip from 0.22 to 0.54 n on its way back to 0.22. Dont let the volatility on the way down fool you.

Covid-19 is that black swan event or the unexpected event that the economists hv been waiting for which is derailing the radiculous surge of wallstreet. Other world markets will take the same hit n head much lower. Its impact is tremendous; disrupting supply chains, shipping volume n businesses.

What many fail to see that this is only the beginning.

Stay out of this market.
