I am looking at the chart looks good for the coming week. The way I see the court case, they will win as it was a bona fide contract. Even if former PH govt cancelled it, there is a cancellation clause. Imagine 200 million award min!!!!!

GOM has to decide before court proceeding commences 1st July. They have to act fast. Reinstate project or pay minimun RM733 mil. Either way is acceptable and benificial to Presbhd.

Checked and found like what you all say cimb comm trustee bought on behalf of hwang fund 24.1 m shares under direct. This accounts for 5% shareholldings. So yes, most likely market has further momentum to go up.

It is a buy and hold cz the volume only came lately.Even CIMB are buying on behalf on Hwang's Fund.lately.
There should be a very good reason to buy.

Just few weeks ago nobody was looking at Presbhd. Apparently...nobody even bothered to take a second look. Suddenly it went to Top 20.....then Top 10....then Top 5....then last friday it was No. 1 for the 1st time in more than a year. Now....everyone is just wondering....what the heck is going on with this counter. Just recently...out of nowhere....Affin Hwang bought 24 mil shares of Presbhd. Ppl become more puzzled. Why on earth would Affin Hwang suddenly wanted to buy 5% Presbhd shares. Ppl keep on speculating. Is Presbhd getting back SKIN?? Are they getting another project with the same amount?? Are they going to get RM1 Bil compensation??......and so.... the plot thickens.

RM 250 Millions compesations for efforts and loss and sign new agreement for the project will be a win win situations.

All the hard work bringing France Defence Technology and Thales Communications since before the contract must be considered too.

It was on 11th Dec 2018, and 19th Jan.2019 TSM who cancel the contract and has instruct the Home Ministry to pay the compesations.May be the amount are the stumbling blok.

Currently TSM is the PM under PN and the project was awarded during BN in August 2017

2014 to 2019 -5 yrs
OR
2017 to 2019 - 2 yrs.

TSM instructed Home Ministry just to pay a token sum to Presbhd without even going through what was in the CA. Presbhd had already spent RM245 mil on the project....so it doesn't make sense just to agree and accept a token sum from the govmnt. I believe the court will make a right decision on 1st July. Ppl and institutions are speculating on that.....thats why the share price keeps on moving further north.
