I got info.....today a lot of forced selling.....especially towards the end.....but they supported the stock....even though the selling pressure was too great. If there was no support....it would have closed red today.
Never mind.....consider today as a profit taking day. Lets focus on what lies ahead. Deep down I'm still confident that it would limit up soon.

To absorb or cushion any selling,there was a play up at 55 to 57.5 cts as the selling and buying vol very much not on one sided only.CIMB know why they are buying.
Since most of retailer are on hooding piositions it is must big boys buying.
Not all subscribed PP are meant for short term.

I think distribution of the shares at a higher price and furthermore logically if you got the shared at 29 cent via private placement will you sell ? I myself cannot answer unless i know the settlement. Thiss eas a PFF project in other words you have to finance your own project and if the previous Govt terminated the project maybe because it was awarded during Barisan Nasional time maybe not at a reasonable cost so most project given back were at a much lower price. The same issue mayl arise if the Govt settle the matter at a much lower cost it will be a win win situation between the Gov and the company .Now what should be the price of this stock do you know? No one knows it is a 15 years time period. I cannot answer long term yes above Rm1.00 if the company can fulfill their obligation under the terms of the contract.

The award 3.5Bill was a reasonable price tag at that time because the gov at the time need to spend more money towards more critical sectors. Thus, Private Funded Initiative was created to finance the project.
15 years duration vs. 3.5 Bill is a reasonable too. I don't think a good gov to create a system haphazardly within 1 year and contract terminated after 3 years later. A good national security related systems should be developed and allowed to expand and evolve over longer period of time to survive various additional requirements emerging over a long period of time on aspects like cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, blockchain, data integration with various other systems etc.

In my OPINION, the original price tag by the BN gov was reasonable!!

This is a strategy that allows a company to sell shares of company stock to *a select group of investors privately* instead of the public.

Why?
Because private placement has advantages over other equity financing methods, including less burdensome regulatory requirements, reduced cost and time, and the ability to remain a private company
