Prestariang Berhad (“Prestariang” or the “Company”), today announced that its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd (“PSSB”) had received a
Letter of Award (“LOA”) from the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to be the sole Microsoft
Licensing Solutions Provider (“LSP”) for all Government Agencies and Institut
Latihan Awam in Malaysia under the Master Licensing Agreement (“MLA”) 3.0.
MLA 3.0 contract will come into effect starting 1 February 2018 until 31 January 2021
at an estimated total value of RM222.6 million, and is an extension of contract
awarded by MOF for PSSB’s efficient delivery and timely execution of MLA 2.0.

Looks like Presbhd likes to annouce their renewal on the very last day. I notice that Presbhd has been collaborated with Microsoft since 2006, so it must be something happen so Microsoft want to terminate contract with it.

I think if the company fundamental is good we do not have to worry. I too was worry on PayPal shares ( apologies to use US share as an example) when payment platform eBay was expired.

Didi7349, it’s not that they can shrug it off. It’s a hit to them, no doubt about it. It’s just that life goes on and they will continue to secure new businesses as well as improve the existing contracts they have in hand

That said the MS contract has not ended abruptly; it’s still on until 31 Jan next year. They’re still negotiating with MS

Hopeless counter, lost 91% of revenue source, still hoping for it to perform, better save yourself, dispose before it falls back to below 0.20.Anyway,I'm amazed price still around 0.70 when a company is losing 91% of revenue, obvious price manipulation.
