Some party flushing at 4.5 but another is collecting. Would PNB drown their own deeds, doubt. I think it’s substantial holders are doing so but clearly the 4.5 ledger has buyer at this point. Let’s see if Sapura would release any plans to raise cash
Walao left 4sen ready kah. Analists gave high TP all not hit. Analist gave Low TP all hit It show that Analist panlai TP when the company is in bad shape. Correct?
PNB use the old birds from Petronas and Shell pun cannot revive the sapnrg fortune. Getting bad to worst. Will PNB inject more fund via Right Issue into Sapnrg or just take Sapnrg private leh. If take private only need pay few hundred millions can gaotim already. The best solution is take private and keep the acct private is better lah. Not so bad if keep as public listed company. Can save some face also if rotten pun not many ppl will know also. Correct?
Only 18 mths back everyone was saying similar about Bumi Armada, but they managed to pull back quite nicely. Sapura has good assets, many others are not so asset rich. They still are winning contracts and oil and gas is a cyclical market currently on the rise. They just need to manage the profitability of their contracts better coming out of the pandemic.
Truth saying @fluffy .when it's buying time all are afraid , but when it's rising time all rush to buy at high price. Not understand the basic business cycle. I still believe the leadership is performing though being attacked by the facts of debts but really to say it was caused by the old leadership and nothing much to the new management. Even few quarters may seem underperforming but in coming year I don't think it remain the same without positivity. I personally feel unfair to judge the CEO based on few quarters without giving even a year for him. PNB letting Sapura bankrupt with 40% ownership? Would not PNB bet on this ? When you have good leadership and great assets and good oil price ahead and downturn of covid cases ? What make us think for PNB to lose 40% just to save the little money ? By betting, the probability is higher than not betting in the coming glorious days . It's just my personal view. Nothing much to counter or attack.
Just to share some thoughts, the market capital will shrink further to 160mil++ if Sapura drop to 1sen...and if that really happen, anyone want to take over Sapura needs only 80 mil++ to claim the ownership and can appoint whoever to lead the Sapura...
Now this is 4-4.5 sen, its is so low already, getting very close to 1 sen, where, ex CEO, XX CEO, or someone else can reclaim the ownership through few tens of million only...
Thas the fact that the share price for Sapura is so low now, and its really unbelievable some big players wanna sell at this low to cash out peanuts, and losing huge, just to save their investment capital....
Disclaimer: Just to share own thoughts, not a buy call or sell call...Invest on own risk....
In near term, the company is facing challenging situation. However, once the cash flow issue solved, the price should be reflected in the share price. TP 0.13 is achievable.
Company is projected to be profitable earlier than forecasted FY'24 subjected to succesfull asset rationalisation and positive cash flow generated once pandemic related expenses claimed back from customer.
Current price 0.045 is good bargain (currently NTA stood at 0.4).
