Have anyone heard or subscribe before a right issue wth ratio of 18 to 1, meaning u hv one lot ( 1000 shares), u are given right to subscribe 18 lot of shares, so much entitlement??? How to justify??? Not logical at all. I remembered those day when Mcement call for right , the ratio was very high, but less than 10, a ratio of 10 to 1 already mind boggling. How about 18 to 1...

Sapura already such high paid up capital, 16 B, a 2 for 1 right already killing.
A capital reduction of 10 to 1 , already push sapura capital fr 16B to 1.6 B. How to make it happen to 20 to 1? Bringing the paid up capital to only 800 million. A big co like Sapura shld not be so small paid up capital. Look at Armada, what is it's paid up capital?

It is getting clear and final, the New Management has decided to dispose it's upstream arm SapuraOMV, it's most valuable asset. The current scenario where oil price is high compare to 2019, is good strategy to dispose to pare debt. Even Austria OMV has the same thought. Market will be willing to buy over this oil wells. This 50% stake of SapuraOMV should fetch significantly higher price compared to 2019 ( 3.8 B ).
