Johnnytensai, the proposal was for every 2 shares you have,you will be entitle to subscribe 1 R issue.For every Right ,you will be given a free warrant. Eg .If you have 10K lot,you will need to buy 5K Rights to get another 5K warrant.Hope this explains.

Shacks, if you don't subscribe to the rights, then your holdings will be diluted. So it's best to subscribe if you intend to hold long term. If not pare down the holdings and subscribe for the remainder.
