Why I think its risky to invest in dsonic now

1) Dsonic feeds on contract, and in order to surge to higher high at this point, they need to secure NIIS and VLN contract, which is very uncertain now due to our political instability. Dsonic's political tie is very uncertain now, I do not know if they are close with Mahathir/Muyhiddin/Zahid anymore. Like it or not, you need these connections to secure government contracts.

2) Company is buying into treasury. This is normally a good sign as it shows the company is confident in its future prospect. However, I would view this as major shareholders with most shares on margin that who are also in management trying desperately to hold the price to avoid margin call. This action itself is very risky.

If you have bought in, Upside is that

1) they definitely have the best technology around in Malaysia and I would almost confirm if this coup didnt happen, they would for sure secure at least one of the 2 contracts (VLN/NIIS)

2) They have already secure some medium sized contracts. If they could at least maintain their current profit(20m/quarter) for the next few years, price should stabilize around 80-90c with PE15 valuation. ( I know stock market doesn't work like this, just providing some stats) So it could mean your downside is not all that bad.

Attend a talk, the speaker said that while last crisis, he cut lose, then use almost one year to gain back his lose......
When he look back the stock price which he cut lose before, actually if he just left n hold it......until after one year, he still back to the same place and earn bit.....
Then he ask himself that why he cut lose one year before for that good performance stock....:D

@ALexz21 Don't keep cash, the interest rates are too low now. You can look for other assets to invest, like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Also, collect some good blue chips at bargain prices if you still have spare bullets.
