YoY EPS drop but profit actually increased. This is because 1 for 4 bonus issue adjusted after 1Q last year.

Judging from the projects at hand ie orderbook, it's current price is undervalued. To get clear picture, look at the Edge a few days back on this stock.

Matrix is selling its first-ever KL development. Saw the booth at Intermark Mall. Go check. This will mark its entry in KL. I spoke to one of the sales staff. Apparently they are aiming for blue-chip status on the stockmart.

Look at EPF, just sapu another 2M. Confident with mgmt. team, cos they always honor their words, no pusing2 like JibGor. If it is on uptrend, some just enjoy the fun of hopping onto the bandwagon.
