pls google about warrant premium, conversion price and expiry date. when premium % = 75.44, thats the extra price you have to pay when you do conversion (out of money)

Overall, Velesto has 7 jack up rigs. Potential 2 more to be contracted with Petronas under long term.
2017 and 2018 only 2 rigs with Petronas, on-off short term.

With strong & stable crude oil prices plus stable world stock markets, Velesto at 0.285 is a bargain buy. Announcement of new contract in the couple weeks should be the catalyst to bring Velesto to new high in 2019.

Velesto's oil rigs are in high demand. In 2019, Malaysia needs more than 24 oil rigs but Velesto has only 7 units. Demand is higher than supply. Economics 101: Lease price will definitely go up. All Velesto oil rigs will soon be fully leased out at a much higher price than 2017 and 2018. That means, profits will definitely go up for the next few years.

2016, 2017 and 2018 are bad years for Velesto because Petronas reduced its upstream expenditure and concentrate on the Rapid refinery. There was nothing much Velesto could do. Now, Petronas has confirmed to increase its expenditure and concentrate on upstream activities from 2019. Velesto as an upstream oil rigs provider will be definitely seeing good years ahead.

PNB 14.067% , yayasan pelabuhan Bumiputera 14.067( both disposed same quantities with same timing ) . ASB holding 38.541 % , oil price spike , share price up ; share price up , thereafter down dued to disposed by such GLC . Will c price ding dong bell for couple years as jjchan advice , need more patience n holding power which seen price parity unless u buy low sell hi , still make some chicken feed margins . Hold bcos it 值得期待, time will prove !
