brianklc, i you read the quarter result, it is stated there that it will be completed in the 2nd quarter. unless has lapsed then it is another matter. so for now there is no "delay".also, in submission documents to bursa, one of it require the company to tell bursa the estimated time frame for completion

If you take OSK Holdings timeline of their recent bonus issue : Bonus issue proposed on 22-8-17, submitted for approval to Bursa on 29-9-17, Bursa approved on 11-10-17, EGM convened on 14-11-17, trading of shares went ex-bonus on 27-11-17, new bonus shares listed in 30-11-17.

Contrarian, I checked bursa approval on bonus issue for other Corp for the past 3 months, all averaging 2 weeks from submission date, just don’t know wht happen...Anyway, it’s academic now...

Yes, Bursa's approval supposed to be a mere formality. Probably the submission was defective, containing typing errors or incomplete or they forgot to sneak in the dedak. Hahaha.

I don't like REIT, there's downside risk if tenants move out. Anyway, so many counters trading much below NTA. Some companies' NTA are fictitious. So need to be careful. Affin is a bank currently trading about half its Net Assets. Affin is part of the Boustead group.

Oil palm biz is under pressure, expect to see some short period of downtrend once sabah land complete... interest cost (from revolving loan) will go up and it takes some time for the production (from sabah land) to pick up...
