Was Serbak involved in book cooking in the recent past and before? Is the recent buying of companies related to issues raised by KPMG, If affirmative, then all these companies are previous off-balance-sheet entities disguise to hide their debts ala Enron?

Serba Dinamik result was released yesterday. Despite the Pandemic and major hick up with KPMG, Serba continue to register 18 Consecutive Profits. Serba has a lot project which requires money, that’s why profit are affected. Serba business is mostly in the Middle east. Most of Qatar & Others there already fully vaccinated by June. So Business is expected to go up.

Group managing director and chief executive officer Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said the business has performed resiliently in the face of challenging situations during the quarter.

“All of our business segments have shown commendable growth. The group has been persistent and proactive in pursuing new opportunities in non-oil and gas areas.

SIR progressing well... he seems to have everything under control... holders will have to bear with short term pain....till SIR is out. Serba is actually the last actor in restructuring O&G sector. They seem to be following the same path as Sapnrg, Armada, Velesto, ICON etc. Someone has to Clear its Debt whether through Right Issues or "some White Horse".

Earnings Trend: SERBADK's earnings have grown significantly by 24.4% per year over the past 5 years.

Accelerating Growth: SERBADK's earnings growth over the past year (27.1%) exceeds its 5-year average (24.4% per year).

Earnings vs Industry: SERBADK earnings growth over the past year (27.1%) exceeded the Energy Services industry 12.1%.

So, to assess Sebak, people must use
1. Cash
2. Cash Flow
3. Current Liabilities (current mean - must be paid urgently)
4. Total Liabilities

Of course! SD FA fake. Must be more stringent. Real GP and PAT margins 12% and 0.1% respectively.

2016-2019 margins way higher than that. KPMG must also commit fraud with SD.

That is conclusion based on analyses of our good investor activist here.
