前天已经猜到 serbadk 的下一步了

没想到怎么快就Sue e&y




昨天的文稿已经很明显告诉你serbadk 不爽bursa 硬生生的要E&Y做这个独立审查报告，10月中的一次会议已经有结果了，而那个结果是对serbadk非常 不利的。所以就算违抗bursa 指令serbadk也不要公布出来。现在就是要从上市条约里面找灰色地带来控告bursa 越权来推翻所有的委任和报告。之前serbadk 为什么要撤退kpmg 就是不要它在继续在那些有问题的账户纠缠。然后再委任其他比较听话的审计公司来做审查。但是，人算不如天算，没想到bursa 很强硬所以就硬着头皮给E&Y 接手！！！！！

其实，纸是保不住火的。Serbadk 现在做这么多小动作已经不能再补救了，只能拖时间罢了。

现在对serbadk 来说最重要就是推翻 e&y 的委任和否决它的报告结果不成立。然后再委任一位非常听话的auditer 来完成他的年度审计报告。

这样做的只有唯一的好处就是管理层不必面对法律责任“做假账是刑事罪，要坐牢的”。所以karim 和 管理层只是想到保护自己罢了。你们散户们的利益不值钱

Today Mabel is busy with my Hong Kong handsome boyfriends. Hong Kong got Leslie Chung la, Kris Wu la, Eddie Peng la, Donnie Yeh la, Jackie Chan la, Chow Yun Fatt la, Nicholas Tze la, Jackie Chung la and many more.

So happy that Hong Kong is up by 180 points today and Hang Seng closed at 24,996. Managed to lock profits. Very productive day. Got chance to dance with Hong Kong handsome boyfriends some more. Life is really beautiful.

Nexia will resign or not. Not sure. Depends their audit result. Good no sue. No good sue until u kao kao and automatically resign.

At this case, kpmg and serbadk both forcefully resign due to conflict self interest. No need whatever EGM la. They don't care what shareholders think. They help u replace the auditor themselves.

Just now who say drag longer is better. Ya is definitely better because they can try on many auditor.
