Many do not read or know much or rather refuse to acknowledge what is actually happening.
Earlier I have warned that it is not so easy for KPMG to give heads up to Bursa on SD. If they do so, it must have been something so obvious.
Later i said EY will have the same conclusion although water down as all big firms uses the same SOP for audit.
Despite all warning sign, only big boys run.

What ever we say, they are so focus in their beliefs and will not be able to see the reality.
Of course this is further clouded by the pom pom girls who keep promoting

#Stocksafeplayer Serba now has a Nov 30th deadline (Bursa approved the one-month extension from end Oct to 30 Nov) to submit Audited accounts to Bursa n SC. Serba now sue Bursa.

Bursa/SC requested for SIR from EY who was appointed by serba. Purpose of SIR is to investigate based on the earlier audit findings of Kpmg. Serba now sue EY.

Question now is whether Bursa has a copy of EY’s findings today?

If Bursa has no copy, why EY cannot share its findings with Bursa if these findings are very important to shareholders iof serba? OR

If Bursa has a copy, Bursa must do the necessary to make announcement to the public since this is a public listed company right?

Lawsuits are just among serba, kpmg, bursa , ey themselves.

But I think it is not fair to Shareholders/investors of serba to be kept in the dark about Kpmg’s earlier audit findings.

Let's give them until 30 November. Mabel thinks it's much better to give them time. Remember all these Big Boys have substantial stakes in the company.

Serba used to be Class A Stock. Before Bonus Issues Mabel used to trade Serba above RM 4+++ . They have rewarded their Investors and Mabel has made Money on this counter. Mabel P&L for this counter is positive. Hence holding Serba is never an issues for me. It's part of giving back after gaining so much.

Right now because of this "KPGG mess". Only invest in Serba with your excess money. No Margin only excess. Only then you can sleep like a Baby...

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 12): The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), which does not usually comment on its investigations, broke its silence in view of the legal suits by Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd against its former auditor KPMG, Bursa Malaysia, and Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY) that it appointed to conduct a special independent review (SIR).

The SC told The Edge that the commission had raided several of Serba Dinamik’s offices on May 18 to secure documents and relevant evidence after it had received a “Section 320 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA) notice” from KPMG.

The regulator assures the investing public that it has made progress on its investigation and additional resources have been added to the team to ensure the investigation is completed in a timely manner.

As the capital market regulator, the SC stressed that it is empowered under securities laws to investigate and enforce any transgression or potential transgression of securities laws, SC guidelines and rules of the stock exchange.

“The SC will evaluate all available evidence and take any appropriate action as is deemed necessary. As investigation is ongoing, the SC is not able to comment further on this,” said the SC in an email reply to The Edge.

In the course of its investigation, the SC said it received and granted a request from EY to have access to documents and evidence seized by the SC during the raid as EY was having difficulties obtaining complete documentation from Serba Dinamik on several aspects of its review.
